Credit Controller£28,000 - £30,000 + monthly bonus of £500
Billericay
Hybrid working – 2 days office / 3 days WFH
25 days holiday, good pension contributions, private medical
My client is a global business looking for 2 new Credit Controllers to join an existing team of 4.
• Managing a multicurrency ledger of 200 accounts collecting up to £3million monthly
• Chasing of outstanding debt by telephone, email and portals
• Investigating and resolving invoice queries
• Sending out copy invoices and statements
• Monitoring credit limits
• Preparing statements for key accounts monthly
• Investigating unallocated cash
• Preparing files to pass for debt collection or legal
• Reconciling accounts. Making recommendations for credit notes and/or write offs
• Weekly aged debt reporting (need good excel skills)
• Working towards monthly cash collection & debt reduction targets
Skills/experience required
• Minimum of 3 years credit control experience in a multicurrency environment is essential
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
• Passionate about credit control
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ideally experience of working to collection targets
