Senior Income Officer
City of London (office based)
£24,000 - £26,000 + excellent benefits

A leading and rapidly expanding educational consultancy based in London is currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join its driven and motivated team as a Senior Income Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking for a company that offers opportunities, growth and progression.

Reporting into the Income Supervisor, your duties will include:

- Management and ownership of a designated sales ledger
- Collection of revenue
- Arranging instalment plans
- Minimising risk and maximising cash flow for the business
- Reporting figures and providing key analytics to senior management
- Responding to internal and external communications via phone and email
- Assisting with high volumes of face to face interactions with customers
- Assisting and advising customers with queries
- Building strong internal and external relationships

Skills/Experience Required:

- Credit control experience (B2B and B2C ideally)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Versatile and flexible to adapt to new tasks
- Methodical and accurate with a proven ability to focus on detail
