Credit Control Administrator
City of London
Up to £30,000

A rapidly growing prestigious law firm is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join its busy credit control department. Reporting into the Assistant Credit Manager, your role will be to support the team with various credit control admin duties.


- Updating system regarding billing requirements
- Monitoring the credit management inbox
- Processing high volumes of incoming emails (up to 1500 per week) within strict time limits
- Processing and reporting daily cash receipts
- Actively recording information on internal systems
- Maintaining and updating daily and weekly reports
- Providing assistance and cover for team members as and when needed

Skills/Experience required:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience of having working in a high volume environment
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Strong administration skills, ideally within a credit control/sales ledger/finance department
