Sales Ledger Administrator
Central London

An international fashion brand in Central London is currently looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator to join its finance team. Working closely alongside the Credit Controller, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Daily issuing of sales invoices and credit notes
- Daily processing of bank statements on SAP
- Preparation of sales reconciliation
- Processing customer credit card payments
- Processing of manual credit notes for wholesale customers
- Processing of staff returns in billing system
- Reconciling all credit notes
- Timely uploading of customer invoices onto EDI portals and checking for missing invoices
- Supporting the Credit Controller with maintenance of the AR ledger

Experience/Skills Required:
- Solid experience within sales ledger and billing practices
- Some credit control experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Adaptable and willing to take on new tasks
- Flexible to changing workload demands
- Professional and positive attitude
- A team player with an outgoing personality
- Good Excel skills (vlookups)
