Credit Reporting Analyst

A leading global logistics company is looking for a highly skilled Reporting Analyst to join its Order to Cash team. Reporting to the Credit Director, you will be responsible for the Order to Cash reporting, MI and data analysis across Europe.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Setting up the reporting processes in preparation for rolling out the OTC MI and data analysis
- Responsibility for the OTC reporting and meaningful data analysis, including KPIs, financial metrics, analysis of European debtors
- Producing month end key metrics and management information
- Producing regular debtor reports, analysing and reporting on the data
- Producing regular billed/unbilled reports and data analysis
- Analysing performance and data, providing recommendations for improvement
- Preparing KPI metrics
- Continuing to evolve the reporting capabilities to adapt and meet the business and management needs
- Coordinating with various teams (collections, billings, cash allocation etc) to understand user requirements and continue to evolve reporting requirements
- Providing superuser support for Oracle
- Creating standard and efficient reporting tools

Experience/Skills Required:

- Demonstrable experience of financial and reporting analysis using advanced Excel (or equivalent)
- Order to cash experience
- Experience of working with Oracle or SAP ERP
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self starter, thinks outside the box
- Results and customer focused
